Your beauty is the standard—and we execute it flawlessly. ⸻ ✨Booking & Payment Policy✨ All retainers/deposits are non-refundable and non-negotiable. A retainer is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your total balance. Card payments require an additional $2 processing fee. (Processing fees do not reduce your remaining balance.) Same-day appointments are not accepted without prior approval. If accommodated, a $65 same-day fee will be added. ⸻ ✨Bridal Services✨ All bridal bookings require a mandatory consultation prior to securing your date. Brides must book a 2-hour Bridal Consultation to review vision, services, contract terms, and customized pricing. Bridal pricing is based on location and total party size. On-site services require a minimum of three (3) clients. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to officially reserve your wedding date. ⸻ ✨Travel Policy✨ Travel services are available and priced based on distance. Selecting the “House Call” option indicates a travel appointment, and the appropriate fee will be applied. ⸻ ✨Client Courtesy Guidelines✨ To maintain a professional and elevated experience: • No extra guests or children unless being serviced • Please allow a minimum of 3 hours for your appointment • Avoid scheduling conflicting commitments immediately after • Early appointments (12:00 AM – 6:30 AM) incur a $50 convenience fee ⸻ ‼️Important Safety Notice‼️ Clients with allergies or sensitivities to hair adhesive glue products (including bonding glue or holding sprays) are not eligible for those services. PurFitly Flawless Makeup Co. is not liable for allergic reactions. If the artist initiates the cancellation, your deposit will be promptly refunded. Client-initiated cancellations result in non-refundable deposits and payments. Once an appointment is canceled, the initial deposit becomes void; a new deposit is required for rescheduling. No-shows without prior notice will incur a 60% service charge; failure to pay may lead to being blocked from future services.
